Established in 1998, Investigative Consultants is built on two key components: Attitude And Effort.  Nico Padilla and Mark Schachter are the proud owners of Investigative Consultants, LLC.  We have always taken great pride in providing a service that allows us to promote safety and prevention.  Our company values of being attentive, responsive, and customizing solutions for all issues is imperative in building our success.  We haven taken on many projects throughout the years, such as, commercial real-estate, manufacturing plants, servicing universities, shopping centers, and residential communities.  All of which has allowed us to gain experience with progressively larger and more complex assignments since our commencement.
